Last week, I had the opportunity to take a closer look at Natiivo Fort Lauderdale, newly unveiled and set to make a splash as one of the area's newest developments. The project is still in its reservation stage but I expect that it will attract a lot of action based on its price point, features, and the flexible ownership potential that has become synonymous with this brand.
Below is what I know so far:
- All of the units are expected to come fully furnished and equipped (big plus for investors and second home buyers looking for a turnkey opportunity)
- 40 stories tall with studios, 1 bedrooms, 1 plus dens, 2 bedrooms, 2 plus dens and 3 bedroom units ranging from 515 - 1150 square feet.
- Approximately 45,000 square feet of amenities are expected. It should be a mix of wellness, dining, as well as co-working space for residents.
- Short term rentals will be allowed.
- Completion: 2027 (2028 is more likely in my opinion).
So far, what sets this building apart the most is where it will be situated. The proposed lot site is probably one of the best locations in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, with easy access to I95 and near the city's Brightline station. It is also close to the many pubs/restaurants of Himmarshee St and Downtown Fort Lauderdale itself. For this type of property use Natiivo strives to accomplish, being this close to the heart of it all gives it a huge selling point.
We're keeping an eye on this one for sure.
