One of those listings is the star of today's post, 19712 NE 11th Ct in Ives Estates. This single-story home, built in 1958, features four bedrooms, two full baths, and sits on a spacious 8,300+ SF lot. It was listed for $630,000 and was a must-see for anyone looking for a home in Miami in the $700,000 or below range. We recently sold this four-bedroom home for $640,000 after receiving multiple offers, and we received a heartfelt thank-you from our grateful sellers.
One of the reasons this home did not last long on the market is that it checks many of the wants and needs that buyers today want (and need) in a home.
