Our Latest Sale | Tastefully Renovated Mid-Century Home In Ives Estates

We've been keeping ourselves busy this summer doing what we enjoy doing the most: Selling our latest listings :)

One of those listings is the star of today's post, 19712 NE 11th Ct in Ives Estates. This single-story home, built in 1958, features four bedrooms, two full baths, and sits on a spacious 8,300+ SF lot. It was listed for $630,000 and was a must-see for anyone looking for a home in Miami in the $700,000 or below range. We recently sold this four-bedroom home for $640,000 after receiving multiple offers, and we received a heartfelt thank-you from our grateful sellers.

One of the reasons this home did not last long on the market is that it checks many of the wants and needs that buyers today want (and need) in a home. The home came equipped with updated plumbing, impact windows, and a ten-year-old roof. It also had an open floor plan with large rooms and an easy layout to decorate, a yard large enough that's ideal for entertaining and with room to build a future swimming pool.

In my opinion, these homes, and this area in particular, are ones to keep an eye on for future growth.
