Some time has passed since our last deal at 1800 Club. Located across from Margaret Pace Park, it is one of the Edgewater's most underrated developments. It's not the flashiest or newest building in the area but its stellar views, convenient location, and abundant amenities make it a solid investment. When the crew and I got the opportunity to take on a new deal earlier this month, we took a leap of faith without hesitating.
The listing we were able to lease was a high floor 2BD/2BA in line 07. Originally listed for $4,900/month, the unit features a split layout in which every bedroom and living area has access to the floor plan's signature balcony. The balcony itself faces east and from that vantage point high above the city, you have front-row seats to views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Because of the view alone, Lines 05,07, and 09 have long been the best in 1800 Club. The deal took some back and forth for a few days but it ultimately closed after both parties agreed to amicable terms.
Views and layout aside, 1800 Club offers convenient access to major transportation hubs, making it easy to navigate the city and beyond. Whether you're commuting to work or embarking on a weekend getaway, the convenience of this prime location ensures that you're always well-connected. It is also just two blocks away from a Publix, and has close proximity to stores, entertainment and dining options.
