As the tallest all-residential building south of New York City, it offers 391 residences, with 99% sold as of May 2024. Currently under construction, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences will be Miami's first supertall skyscraper, reaching 1,049 feet with 100 stories. Okan Tower

Okan Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper under construction in Miami. Once completed, it will be one of the tallest buildings in the state at 902 feet high.
